Cancellation & Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This English version is provided for convenience and reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail.

1. Payment Cancellation and Refund

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided that no service usage (such as external channel integration or data synchronization) has occurred.

Due to the nature of the service (digital content and external API integrations), refunds for the remaining period are not available once the account has been activated and actual integrations have begun.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Recurring payment cancellation (subscription cancellation) can be done at any time through the [Subscription Management] menu in your account settings.

Upon cancellation, no additional charges will be incurred from the next billing date. You may continue to use the service until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests should be submitted through our customer support center or via email at panzy@panzy.site.

Once the refund eligibility has been verified, the cancellation or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days depending on the payment method.
