Data Deletion Request

Panzy takes the protection of your personal data seriously. If you have connected to Panzy through Instagram or Facebook, you can request the deletion of your data by following the steps below.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion using any of the following methods:

  • Email request: Send a deletion request to panzy@panzy.site. Please include the email address used during registration and the scope of data you wish to delete.
  • In-app settings: Go to [Settings] → [Account Management] → [Data Deletion Request] within the Panzy service.
  • Instagram/Facebook app settings: Remove the Panzy app from Instagram or Facebook under [Settings] → [Apps and Websites]. This will trigger the deletion of connected data.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Access tokens stored during Instagram/Facebook integration
  • Instagram user ID and profile information
  • Messages and feed data collected through the integration

3. Processing Time

Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

4. Data Retention

Data required to be retained by applicable laws (payment records, dispute resolution records, etc.) will be maintained for the legally mandated period before being destroyed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
